Yes everything is fine, but dont have my hd wide screen tv anymore! developed a big black mark on it so it is in repair. but still able to play on a crap 14" 7 feet away Games are playable but hard to see, especially resistance 2 stats and sniping, in bright sunlight. but getting close to a silver trophy i have a level 28 medic so i only need 2 more levels, after that i should play competitive more which i have 3100 kills or so. trash panic is impossible to play on a small TV since vitial information is too small, it gets worse because it is only widescreen and not 60Hz compatable so it plays in a cinematic view with black lines and it is less smoother and slower. may be able to get the TV back in a month fixed... hopefully.

haah wow made grinding going on with resistance then? i havent been on it in a while been focused more on gears of war 2 horde ive gotten to a level 23 on it its mad but not as crazy as resistance can get : )

i got to aask though for nicks work on system security have you found anything on probe hacks? i justdont understand it

Wow thats a crazy way to fix a TV, but a reason not to buy plasma in the first place though

update level 29 medic now on resistance 2

i found a different idea on tunnels is that is the use of the protocols of them are breached by a hacker, but you might be right...

i dont know about probing either, but the closest thing i found is that a hacker uses a probing program to find security loopholes chec it out [link]

hardware hacking looks crazy, just noticed the "grand piano to speek" article i may look on that later.

hey do you remember in computer systems the computer we generally worked on? and do you remember its original graphics card? im trying to get the merits in my assignments but i got aa corrupt assignment document so i cant open it tony somehow got it open and working when i sent it to him cause he obviously marked it but i cant remember what the specs were for the computer to upgrade the graphics card for the merit
or did you just make it hypothetical?

i dont remember either, but i think for the merit describes how the graphics card works and the procedure of fitting the card, installing software and any combatibility issues, including how it is outputted onto a screen.

if only i had my jobcards handy though the specs are not that important, make it up as long as it is realistic i remember that the hard drive was 16GB and the ram was upgraded to 2GB from 128MB.

hope that helps i know that mantaining computer systems and computer systems merits and distinctions are similar though.

thanks i should have done this back when we had time but i spent too much of the time worrying about getting everything done it was something small like that but reading the description it doesnt specify any kind of hardware limitations only describe the procedure
im going to wait till i can talk to someone about these merits then start and realize halfway through im doing it wrong or have already done it.

glad that i can help.

im fine cant wait to go back monday. everything is fine but i find this holiday has gone quick though.

started half-life and in the main mode i find very jumpy. the multiplayer is still very much active and players on there are brutal!

so what games have you played over this 9 or 10 week holiday?

it has been a quick 6 weeks but i just want to get back to a routine of work i liked tackling these assignments especially when it was just writing about things i already knew

haha im watching a machinma series based off the source engine i ts really funny you should look it up on youtube as freemans mind. its pc shooting theres no forgiving in that universe

um i played bc kings off of valve which was interesting good old fashioned rts based in the stone age played armies of exigo which is a clone of the old warcraft rts it nice but its really buggy like you cant order your guys out of a fight once their engaged they either fight till they die or fight till they win which gets annoying when a swarm attacks your hero whos survival is crucial for continuing the game.right now ive gone back to rise of legends though just some fun city building army crashing fun its funny how you can send a huge army out watch it get steam rolled and in a blink of an eye create an army even bigger then the one you just lost until you swarm the enemy.

I just found the most retro and the most craziest game ever conceived, it involves dwarves and base building, but includes and is in no god damned way limited to events such as kitten eating and being devoured by angry carp.

its just mind blowing how deeply insane this game is ( good news though is completely free to download if your feeling bold and bored )

Cats will kill vermin in and around your fortress. They are fairly weak animals in combat (but combat can be quite random, and they have been known to surprise players on the rare occasion). They also seem to want to wander every room, hall and mineshaft at least once, perhaps due to some modeling of curiosity.

Cats cannot be assigned as pets; instead, cats choose dwarves as owners. Cats can choose randomly from any dwarves on the map, but have a much higher probability of choosing a dwarf who has the preference "admires cats for their aloofness". If a cat is caged, it will not adopt, however it may the moment it is taken from the cage (perhaps to be immediately butchered), regardless of who takes it.

Cats are useful around the fort to prevent the unhappy thoughts produced by vermin, and also for producing large numbers of kittens. If you can resist their cuteness and charm, and you get to them before they adopt a dwarf, kittens can be butchered to provide a small never-ending trickle of skin (to become leather), bones (for a variety of end-products) and meat for your fort. As a breeding pair of cats only costs 22 embark points, this is well worth considering - just cage and/or butcher the kittens as they are born, lest the kittens grow to adopt a dwarf before their last voyage. (See Breeding)

Cats are also infamous for the catsplosion: if you are not careful, cats will be everywhere, causing your FPS to plummet, and killing pets can easily cause tantrums.

that looks complicated but addicting. catsplosion LOL! god the internet is weared in places. i finially got my card to work on PSN! playing trash panic and wipout HD with the fury expansion pack. they werent kidding that trash panic is hard. completed it on SWEETS mode, the first time i played it i had a SSS Rank!, if only i recorded it :( i got to stage 5 on Maindish then decided yo give up after 2 hours stright on that stage, only problem wit is is that it dosent save your progress, this means that if you decide to give up on the 5th stage, you will have to start from stage 1 again! that is going to be hell on HELL mode. there is also 3 missions, one that includes a boss rush mission. i find that it is sometimes random and unforgiving and has glitches in places, a nasty one with the boss of the 5th stage where it gets stuck in the lid then instantly flies into the air causing an instant game over. a very hard game to get any trophies at all!, since most of them is completing the game differently on HELL mode, definatly worth £3.99. wipeout HD is crazy! it will give anyone a fit! also the only Download only game to have a platinum trophy which is the hardest to get! ile probably use the card until the PSN cards come out.

im trying it as i type its freaking unbelievable fun but really confusing to start off with. its the detail that make it great. its gonna be frustrating though cause i dont know all the mistakes im making. awesome to hear you finally got it working and you got to start recording your games and posting them so people can watch especially if your getting those kind of ranks i guess not adding a save mode increases the challenge aslong as you dont mind pausing it for really long amounts of time huh?
and its gonna have glitches until a couple of patches are sent out its just the way of testing the programming by giving it the public someone always finds a bug they can fix.
hahha i love wipeout got to get that soon. i need to develop my epilepsy a bit ^^
mad how difficult games are starting to get. its like we are going back the arcade days.
hope all is ok speak to you soon got to get back to the dwarfs before they all jump down a well or get eaten by gorillas.

ile try that game if i get bored of civ 3, or sims 2. finaly finished maindish on stage 6, with the bad ending and was placed 39 in the world weekly leaderboard which is suprising, will be tough getting the good ending though. even tried HELL mode on stage 1, and failed before the boss fight. perhaps i will record level 1 on HELL maybe? in wipeout HD you can upload your own music into it and in zone, zone battle and detonater modes the track flashes to the beat. even though i dont have epilepsy i find turning off the music i find i play better as faster speeds like going 1200 KM/H on zone 30. i find a lot of games have gone easier though such as GTA in vice city stories, and liberity city stories were the easiest GTA but 4 got a little harder, but these were nothing compared to 1 and 2!. game dificulty is rather mixed these days since it has to be casual gamer friendly as well as hardcore gamer friendly such as wipeout hd where it is easier to play for casual gamers but gaining most of the trophies requires dedication. this is what wii games lack in.

its always a good game to have at the side really indepth easy to pick up when you grasp the basic controls and features and its always a free sharware download.
hahah wow realy?? i hope that doesnt mean that not many people are playing the game...
i loved the original soundtrack to wipeout but i know some songs that can seriously just make the screen a constant flash hahahaha
the gta series never was seriously impossibly hard you just had to be careful and carry enough guns and sometimes plan your routes of escape or chase. with vice city it alowd you to print money at one point which i didnt get the point of...why play the missions at all? to get money why get money? to get the different guns ... if it alows you just to print money out your just going to wait around for your cash flow to be high enough where you can buy enough guns to make the IRA look tiny.
i can see what your saying about them trying to cater to both parties
but thats like making bunny adventure with knives, just cause casual gamers like bunnies and hardcore gamers like knives doesnt meant that mixing bother categories result in a good game. but then again look at peggle?
trophies and gamerscore at the end of the day have no rward except to have them and that tires out very quickly not to say it isnt still fun to here the beep sound of accomplishment.
wii games were never really the best for hardcore gaming as they dont respond people need them to theres a difference in pressing a button with thumb reflexes to moving your entire body in hopes the wii sensor will pick up and entire body reaction. hahaha but Nintendo has marketed well for the wii especially with all the mario titles.
i went down cardiff today to watch duncan jones new film MOON, pretty good had the guy who play zaphod beeblbrox in it as a man in a mining colony with only a kevin spacey voiced robot as a companion he then finds himself slowly loosing his mind....ON THE MOOON! hahah it was an amazing film with incredible visual effects and the story isnt as twisty as it would seem for a guy loosing his mind but still pretty damn good. i had to go all the way down to cardiff though cause thats the only place the film is showing, but i would recomend watching it online when someone gets a stream of it. you been up to anything else then?

thats the most unusual fallout 3 glitch ive seen yet, havent seen any glitches on mine yet. but speeking of glitches, on resistance 2, on coop mode after death i was flown in the air and never came down until the 20 second revive timeout. if that happened on superhuman mode i would be stuck!

which got me thinking about the whole sonic genre and what the latest games have done. i like sonic and i dont want to sound like ranting fan, but when i see sonic running in castles and saving princesses my mind instantly jumps to Nintendo's other castle crashing adventure fecking Mario! surely Nintendo doesnt have to mix settings, is tails going to get his own haunted mansion next? or even better sonic in space! *heavy sarcasm*

It just doesnt make sense. why dont they go back to where they were awesome, take the open world of the dreamcast idea and mix it with the old school ideas of collecting sheilds of protection while traveling faster then the screen can keep up with. give sonic his own linear city or mountain range much like the gta open world system and let the player run him next to speeding traffic or alongside buildings down cliff edges or over rivers while collecting rings to upgrade his freaking top speed shoes or even buy more powerful sheilds that someone can pop up at any time when attacking enemies, not fighting as a werehog :( surely that sounds something more of a donkey Kong thing of fighting the beast within??
